London, England

I’ve only been in London for 36 hours and it has already been so fun – a smorgasbord of good food and good coffee in Shoreditch, pints of Guinness in the sunshine beside the Thames, a walk to Canary Wharf, cooking at home, and a good old-fashioned night at the pub with one of my best mates. It’s been five years since I’ve been here, and I’d almost forgotten how much I truly love this city.
Have you ever been to London? What are your favourite things to do here?

I’ve been to London two years ago and sadly I didn’t like it a lot.
It was cool but I couldn’t come to like it!
Still not sure why though!
I’m happy you’re having a great time!

Thank you! Maybe you need to give it another go…I’m finding having a local friend showing me around really helps a lot!

I have never been to these places, but the Columbia road flower market market, horseback riding in East London (at the Lee Valley Riding Center), and Holland Park are all on my list for my next visit 🙂

London is probably one of my favorite big cities in the world! I’ve only been there once but I’m dying to get back there soon. My favorite thing to do is just walk around Camden, although it’s a bit touristy. I’ve made a lot of friends from London while traveling so next time I go there I’ll make sure to see what they suggest.

Yeah, Camden is great! I haven’t been for years but I am definitely going to spend some time there in the next few weeks. I hope you get back to London soon!

Welcome to my hometown! I’m looking forward to reading your posts. When it snows for six hours straight in April and you’ve forgotten what sunshine is, it can be hard to remember that the place you live is someone else’s dream destination. I really need to start making the most of this city, maybe you’ll give me some ideas!

Well, I’m from a city where it snows for six months straight, so I’m sure I’ll be just fine! Hopefully I’ll be able to give some tips about London…
